Church

Chase Oaks Church is the church I have been attending for 1 year. I like the “come as you are” atmosphere and the friendly people. We have diverse church membership. We have a professional band and praise team. I am in the praise team as well. I am a shy person but I do enjoy singing on the stage leading people praise our God.

Chinese Ministry

I also serve in the Chinese ministry; a fellowship group for hundreds of international students who come from china, most who just came to America. Many of them have encountered difficulties. Such as did not have a car or a proper place to live, Chase Oaks members provide a home to them until they settle in their new apartment. During the semester, Chase oaks provide English conversation class to Chinese students, and dinners are provided after the class, followed by we will have worship service together. I love to see how God uses us to make differences in their life and transform them to a better person.

My friend and I go to Taiwan almost every year by ourselves to do mission trips. We cooperate with Taiwanese local church to host Vacation Bible School for kids in Taiwan. We got to teach them English and share gospel to them.
